In this role, you will be :

  • Answering the main phone line & responding to/redirecting queries

  • Greeting visitors at the door, showing them to meeting rooms & providing refreshments

  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages

  • General tidy up & maintenance of office space & kitchen

  • Managing the meeting room booking system

  • Ordering office supplies

  • Performing data entry role, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information

  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment

  • Assisting with desk moves & changes

  • Reporting IT/telecommunications issues to relevant support sources & managing through to resolution

  • Managing Diary invites for team leads monthly meetings

  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations

 

 

Finance Administration

·       Chasing new suppliers for account information

·       Bullhorn – help with syncing & updating placements

·       Assistance with contractor payroll

·       Administrative support to Finance Manager

Compliance Administration

·       Reference checking

·       Employment rights checking

·       Bullhorn administration – data entry & cleansing

·       Administrative support to Compliance Manager

HR Administration

  • On boarding of new starters & off boarding of leavers

  • Managing diaries around reviews

  • Administration of company HR policies & procedures

  • People HR management

  • Celebrating team birthdays and anniversaries

  • Job boards management
