Job Description:

Our client, a high-growth, global recruitment business, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager in a newly created role.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a business with a strong international focus, which has ambitious plans to scale over the next few years, with plans to opening a further international office annually. Reporting directly into the CEO, the Marketing Manager will have the autonomy to create and execute the global marketing strategy. Translating what was a largely outsourced provision to an in-house offering, they now need someone who can take their powerful story and communicate it to their clients and candidates.

  • Own and expand all online and offline marketing activities.

  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies (such as linked-in insights).

  • Plan and build automated email strategies to increase defined target audiences and evolve lead nurturing tactics.

  • Writing and delivering exciting, audience specific content across social media platforms.

  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings.

  • Managing and designing and production of promotional materials, such as tenders, pitch documents, websites, App's and brochures.

  • Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies, tech suppliers and in-country PR firms when needed.

  • Controlling the budget for marketing and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.

  • Build and control event marketing strategy to identify key, high profile, relevant events so that senior management could attend and/or sponsor.

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, or related field.

  • A passion and interest in design trends with experience of Adobe and/or other graphic/publishing packages.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity and attention to detail.

  • Deep understanding of Social Media and building a brand presence.

  • Experience with paid channels from Google through to Facebook.

  • Proven ability to decipher data analysis and report finding concisely at board level.

  • Experience with marketing / email automation and CRM integration.

  • Technical software background would be advantageous (but not essential).

  • Recruitment or related industry experience would be beneficial.
