Our client, a high-growth, global recruitment business, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager in a newly created role.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a business with a strong international focus, which has ambitious plans to scale over the next few years, with plans to opening a further international office annually. Reporting directly into the CEO, the Marketing Manager will have the autonomy to create and execute the global marketing strategy. Writing and delivering exciting, audience specific content across social media platforms.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings.
Managing and designing and production of promotional materials, such as tenders, pitch documents, websites, App's and brochures.
Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies, tech suppliers and in-country PR firms when needed.
Controlling the budget for marketing and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
Build and control event marketing strategy to identify key, high profile, relevant events so that senior management could attend and/or sponsor.
