Bored of marketing one brand? Longing to work with multiple market-leading brands? Would a minimum of 20 brands be enough of a challenge for you?

This multi-branded (20+) recruitment group is dominating the staffing scene and is looking to push on with its growth plans going into 2020. These plans going forward include the onboarding of a Marketing Manager.

The Marketing Manager will be looking after multipal brands which have just gone through a re-branding with the idea of more to come.

Their marketing team is a made up of 7 marketers working in collaboration, holding the abilities to assist you in taking your potential to the next level with the expertise and knowledge they can pass on to you.

With a central marketing function for the group, the clear and concise structure allows for progression and professional development from the day you join the team.

Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, responsibilities include:

  • Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team (seven people)

  • Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy - including campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR 

  • Working closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations

  • Work closely with suppliers to define marketing materials and sales collateral

  • Ensure world class execution on day to day marketing activities and drive improved ROI on candidate and client spend

  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends

  • Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data

  • generating and demonstrating ROI across the business with the aim to create something UNIQUE within the recruitment sector

Requirements of the role:

  • It is essential that you can demonstrate commercial awareness and have a mix of traditional and digital service marketing experience

  • You must have experience working proactively with sales teams and can drive business growth

  • Competent and experienced in both B2B and B2C marketing

  • Bias for being hands on – enjoying both execution and strategizing

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities.

  • Flexible and can do attitude (prepared to be hands on)

  • Analytical with strong project management skill set

  • Strategic mind-set, highly commercial, enthusiastic with excellent communication skills

  • Great attention to detail, process driven and methodical mindset
