I am currently working with a multi-award winning, international business transformation and change management recruitment consultancy that is looking to hire a European Marketing Manager. With offices across the UK, Netherlands and Germany they are looking for this person to plan and deliver marketing activities across all offices, driving the overall marketing strategy and working closely with stakeholders to support both UK and European growth plans.
Developing a multi-channel marketing strategy for the business across the UK and European offices.
Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and internal communications.
Responsible for marketing budget and tracking ROI against cost.
Evaluation and adoption of relevant marketing technology.
Lead generation (new client & candidate acquisition) through online marketing.
Developing the marketing strategy for the launch of new locations and sectors.
Working closely with the sales team, enabling them to meet commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools and materials.
Regular competitor analysis.
Responsible for managing a marketing assistant.
At least 4+ years marketing experience within professional services - ideally within sales, tech or recruitment.
Significant digital marketing experience with a focus on lead generation.
End-to-end campaign management.
Excellent written skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and peers.
Experience working with marketing software and an interest in marketing tech.
Creative, adaptable with a can-do attitude.
