My client is a boutique recruitment consultancy who operate within an exciting sector where they truly make a difference for the better with sustainability, social responsibility and the environment for businesses internationally. They have worked with more than 50% of FTSE100 businesses and are highly respected for their integral values. They are looking for someone with broad-ranging marketing experience, ideally with a digital focus, and who is passionate about the sustainability, the environment and making a positive difference.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and delivering engaging marketing materials collateral
  • Managing the company website, creating copy and managing imagery as required
  • Ownership of all social media channels
  • Assisting with the managing and planning of company events both externally and internally
  • Managing email marketing campaigns for both B2B and B2C
  • Improving brand awareness and promoting the brand to maximise employee attraction, candidate attraction, and lead generation
  • Managing all special projects and initiatives

Experience required:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a commercial environment – ideally recruitment
  • Adaptability and flexibility with business needs and capable of prioritising tasks
  • Capable of working well with senior stakeholders, employees and external suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
  • Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Strong project management experience
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and other relevant design programs.
