London (Hybrid)

A fantastic client of mine is looking expand their in-house Marketing department! They are looking for a pro-active and confident Marketing Executive to report directly into their Head of Marketing to support on the following:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Deliver and execute marketing plans agreed across the various teams and sectors, to enhance brand visibility.
Content Creation and Management: Develop content to their defined key target audiences and for promotion across their various marketing channels including social media, company website, and newsletters.
Event Coordination:
Organise and manage events (with additional support from project coordinators) such as seminars, networking events, and corporate hospitality.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the firm's online presence, including managing the website and social media platforms, and executing email marketing campaigns.
CRM and List Management:
Managing and running marketing lists through their CRM system to ensure they are up to date and for use in targeted mailings on events, newsletters etc.
Market Research, Reporting and Analysis:
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, events and BD activities to help measure ROI against agreed KPIs.
Brand Management:
Help to ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the firm's brand identity and standards.
About you:
1-2 years Marketing experience.
Strong organisational ability, excellent prioritisation skills and ability to plan workload.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work confidently and co-operatively with people across the firm at all levels.
