Marketing Automation Executive

 

Does the sound of working in a successful international recruitment business excite you? Do you want to join a well-established marketing team? Are you looking for an exciting challenge working as a marketing automation specialist to assist with the development of your digital skills?

My client is a leading global specialist recruitment consultancy that operates across multiple disciplines. They are currently recruiting for a marketing automation executive to join on an initial 6-month contract with the view of going permanent.  

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing automation and email campaigns (content, split testing, dynamic content).
  • Assisted with creating and designing automated templates.
  • Look at constant improvements to email templates, focusing on maximising conversion rates, best practice, branding, and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run regular data cleansing and engagement campaigns.
    Analysing and reporting on results.
  • Ensure the integrity of automated data feeds. Segmentation, Quality, Ownership, Contact Management, Marketing Campaign List Management.
  • Assist with multiple projects including GDPR implementation, Pardot implementation, customer journey mapping, NPS rollout.
  • Ad hoc support across the marketing function.

 

Experience/Skills:

  • Graduate with 1 years exp in a role that involves automation, email marketing, and CRM/database.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and other related automation tools.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Knowledge or experience with Google Analytics and/or any other digital analytics tools.
  • Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Good grammar, organisation and communications skills.
  • Creative and commercially minded.
  • Quick learner.
