Marketing Associate

As the Marketing Associate you will be reporting directly to the Marketing Manager in the London HQ. This is a great opportunity to join a high growth recruitment company where you will be involved in a wide range of marketing activities. No day will ever be the same, and your efforts will be widely noticed by the whole company. In this role you will be keen to get on board with a variety of projects, ranging from day to day marketing activities to ad hoc tasks in the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and generating content for social media including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Interacting with the public via direct streams and sending mass communications
  • Creating job advertisements accordingly through a variety of channels to meet company demand in specific areas and grow membership. Contacting applicants each day via email
  • Assistance in implementation of the overall marketing strategy
  • Tracking ROI of new member sources and integrating new ways of reaching potential members
  • Copywriting and proofing marketing communications that will capture the audience’s attention and lead to a higher success rate
  • Market research & competitor analysis
  • Getting involved in and eventually leading projects that will continue to improve the company on a whole
  • Supporting the sales team by encouraging new Partners and the operations team to advertise effectively to potential Members
  • Opportunity to grow into day to day management of PPC advertising within marketing strategy
  • Organising companywide events and initiatives including the summer and end of year parties

Required skills and experience:

  • Self-motivated, creative, outgoing personality with ambition to succeed and grow
  • Degree qualified with a minimum of 1 years working experience in marketing
  • High level of written English with excellent communication both written and verbally
  • Experienced in copywriting engaging content
  • Experience of managing social media for a company
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
  • You must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
