My client is a well known brand within the life sciences/pharmaceutical recruitment sector. They are looking for an ambitious and passionate Marketing Assistant, ready to step up to an Executive level, who is results focused to get take a hands on role within all different areas of marketing. They view marketing as absolutely vital in helping them achieve their strategic goals and now is a great time to get on board.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all brand messaging and design is in line with associated brand guidelines and sales and marketing strategy
  • Develop, implement and proactively plan, manage and evaluate multiple advertising, print, email marketing campaigns, client and candidate schemes and incentives, sponsorship opportunities,conferences and events across a variety of channels
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers and all merchandise items - this involves writing and proofreading copy, and liaising with designers and printers
  • Support special projects, as defined by the Marketing Manager and/or Group Commercial Marketing Manager
  • Maintain a professional approach and ensure excellent service levels to promote the marketing team as centre of best practice

Required skills:

  • Degree level, with minimum of one years' marketing experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent content writing ability
