Job Description

 

An internationally-established and rapidly-growing recruitment company is looking for a confident and hardworking individual to join them as their management accountant. Reporting to the CFO based in London, you will have the responsibility of preparing the monthly packs and delivering this information to multiple stakeholders to guide the company’s fast-paced, decision-making process.

The role

  • Full ownership of cashflow reporting and forecasting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate month end and assist with budget forecasting and re-forecasting.

  • Production of management accounts packs for the company’s contract division.

  • Prepare balance sheet and invoice discounting monthly reconciliations.

  • Preparation of commission calculations and statements, to be delivered to different levels of stakeholders.

  • Management of inter-company transactions and reconciliations, whilst also overseeing outsourced internal staff payroll.

  • Leading all preparation for the business’ year-end audit process.

 

What you need

  • Newly Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.

  • Experience working in a (preferably contractor driven) recruitment business.

  • Good Excel capability and excellent analytical skills, giving you the ability to work with a high level of accuracy.

  • A hands-on attitude and good communication skills allowing you to liaise with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority across the Group.
