Are you an experienced L&D professional interested in shaping and delivering effective L&D programs within a sector leading recruitment company? Do you have the experience to develop and roll out training programs from Senior Managers to new starters within an agile working environment? If you have worked in a training and development role within the recruitment sector, then you may be the perfect person to take this opportunity to shape their L&D and support this companies uncapped potential for development.

I am currently working with a tech recruitment company that over the past 2 decades have grown to provide a unique service and have extensive plans for continued growth.  They are looking for a innovative individual to inject a fresh and creative insight into their current L&D function.


Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering an effective L&D and induction program, reflecting their core values and unique culture
  • Highlight the training and development requirements via job analysis and continual collaboration with our client’s Senior management team and business managers
  • Develop unique training plans for different personnel across the business from senior managers to new employees
  • Constant research of workplace learning methodologies and e-learning techniques  
  • Create individual learning plans that incorporate with the company’s promotional ladder and criteria


Required skills, personality and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills, confident, hard working with a desire to succeed
  • Proven track record inspiring, improving and developing tech recruiters
  • Confident in their skillset with an ability to gain Buy In from senior stakeholders within the business  
  • Previous experience and a successful track record in delivering L&D programs in the past
  • Is willing challenge the current L&D functions within the business and provide an innovative mindset when implanting changing to how it is currently run
