Job Description

Do you have a strong background in L&D design and creation? Are you looking to work in strategic role within a high performance global team?

I am working with a listed recruitment business who looking for an exceptional individual with extensive learning and development design experience to join their team. This new and highly niche position has been created to design and maintain their corporate sales and management development programmes. The individual will be expected to engage with the business to understand the skills, behaviours and experiences the learning content should provide and support the wider L&D team to effectively deliver their key strategic priorities

Responsibilities

  • To provide world class learning and development solutions specialising in sales skills, soft skills and management essentials in the long term
  • To understand the skills, behaviour and experiential needs of the business
  • To work as part of project teams to design, create, maintain and embed high quality training material
  • To adapt design approaches to ensure consistent standard of participant experience as per their competencies and behaviours
  • To show thought leadership in experiential learning design
  • To support the development of L&D colleagues to improve their learning design capability
  • To suggest and implement recommendations for the continuous improvement of programmes and on-site activities
  • To ensure all learning design provides meaningful measurable outcomes
  • To deliver train-the-trainer events as part of new content roll-out
  • To create and maintain a content review schedule which ensures constant fit-for-purpose materials across the Group
  • To develop collaborative relationships with wider Learning and Development Management team to ensure content caters to the regional needs and/or creates space for local adaptation

Experience / Skills required

  • At least 5 years experience designing sales and leadership training material
  • Experience coaching, facilitating and monitoring / evaluating material
  • It is crucial you have some exposure to this ideally within a recruitment business (or fast paced sales environment)
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
