Job Description

Are you an experienced learning and development experience operating in the recruitment sector? Looking to work in a more mature global pharmaceutical recruitment business?

The development of people is one of the core focuses for my client - within this role you will be supporting a Global L&D Director deliver a wide range of training and coaching courses to all levels of staff and managers across 6 global offices. In the last 5 years they have grown from a small team to well over 100 people becoming one of the largest niche pharmaceutical recruitment companies in Europe. It is essential that you have at least 2 years experience delivering sales training within the recruitment sector as you will be expected to fill in for the director in their absence. My client has a family focused culture with an emphasis on consultative selling and rewarding hard work, they have won numerous awards in the past few years gained from their exceptional results

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the L&D Director getting heavily involved in delivering academy based training to new starters (mostly experienced recruiters) across 6 weeks in each global office.
  • Create bespoke training for individual consultant and managers - as well as one on one coaching.
  • Through building relationships with business leaders understand where the skill gaps in the business - create specific material to be delivered individually / to groups to fill the gaps
  • Identification, research and implementation of new sales models within the business to ensure sustained growth.
  • Deliver basic level Bullhorn (CRM) training
  • Reporting on effectiveness of training across each global office

Required skills, personality and experience:

  • At least 18 months experience in a Learning and Development role within a recruitment company involving designing and delivering sales training
  • Able to effective collaborate and build numerous relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and passionate
