Learning and Development Consultant
A high-growth, niche recruitment business is seeking a Learning & Development Consultant to join their expanding L&D team.
This is an exciting position for someone with a passion for people development; the client is ideally seeking an ex-recruiter with at least 6-12 months in an L&D capacity.
The role will include a blend of supporting Trainees and Consultants and involvement in continuous professional development for their Senior Consultants and above population.
You will be delivering group sessions coupled with 121 desk-based training, and should enjoy keeping training fresh, interesting and on point.
Need demonstrable record of success in a learning and development role, within a recruitment consultancy.
This could be a great opportunity for a recruitment consultant who loves working within the industry but wants to move away from the sales side of the job.
