- Management of office and facilities.
- Responsible for updating the vacancy list, weekly.
- Maintain and manage the company’s subscriptions for LinkedIn etc.
- Create information manuals/research packs for certain clients.
- Responsible for travel management.
- Formatting CV’s.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating database.
- Previous experience with database management.
- Excellent Communication and IT skills (MS Office, Excel)
- Previous recruitment sector experience
- Previous administration experience
