HR Manager

My client is an award-winning IT Recruitment Consultancy that has offices in London and Germany. They’re looking for an experienced HR Manager/HR Advisor to implement new procedures/policies and drive change in order to improve the overall structure of the business. The role will suit an HR Generalist that enjoys working in a vibrant and diverse workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Generating new employee paperwork and owning the on-boarding process
- Managing the HR platform; Natural HR
- Generating leavers paperwork and overseeing the leavers process
- Reporting on absence; holiday, sickness etc
- Data collation on employee performance
- Management of employee benefits
- Supporting payroll process
- Managing promotion announcements
- Coordinating monthly appraisals
- Working closely with L&D to implement procedures to improve performance
Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years’ HR experience in recruitment
- Educated to degree level
- Strong employment law knowledge
- Confident, out-going and a strong personality
- Organised and accountable
- Pro-active and ambitious
