Job Description

I am working with a global fast paced commercial recruitment business looking for a Head of Talent to assist in scaling up the business over the next 12-18months. Based in the UK, Germany and the US this role will develop and drive the strategy, focusing on providing scalable solutions for high volume growth. The successful candidate will design and implement an excellent L&D strategy anad create world class processwes for on-boarding and talent management. This position will play a pivotal role in the strategic development and growth of the organisation on an international Scale, working with management team and internal stakeholders to execute the group vision and exciting growth plans.

  • Create and implement long term strategies for internal hiring - criteria and process management.
  • Lead an internal Recruitment Team, create and managing a talent pipeline producing detailed a detailed activity / marketing report.
  • Continually uncovering new and innovative candidate sourcing techniques and tools
  • Conduct a market analysis - properly identify and interview high performing candidates that match business requirements
  • Build a structured onboarding and interview process
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing department, developing the employer brand and awareness
  • Devise an L&D platform (and potentially an LMS) for new starters up to managers
  • Cooperate with the technology team to develop an internal HR system


  • Minimum 5+ years experience in talent / learning and development positions in a fast paced recruitment environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop succesful and scalable growth programs
  • Experience working alongside marketing and technology teams and collaborating on company wide projects
  • Experience delivering L&D programs on company wide scale
  • Hands-on experience within recruitment and team management
  • Knowledge of labour legislation
  • Good planning and organising skills
