Head of Marketing – City

Our client is a rapidly developing, international executive search firm who are becoming the market leaders for strategic and operational talent acquisition. Primarily working with FTSE listed and Fortune 500 businesses, the company have successfully developed a dynamic, professional and supportive culture, something which has been fundamental to their success.

Having now established themselves in the US and Asia, the company’s main target now is to recruit a well-experienced Head of Marketing who can demonstrate clear success and support the business to becoming the leaders in their sector. The company recognise the value and impact marketing can have on their success, with a strong budget in place for the right person to deliver success. The Head of Marketing is expected to be extremely hands-on and not shy away from involvement across all forms of marketing and events. The role is ideal for an effective end-to-end marketeer.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • To establish and implement a yearly marketing and branding strategy for the business globally
  • Have full ownership and management of the yearly budget, providing effectiveness and a strong ROI
  • Developing essential tool kits to support sales teams
  • Managing GDPR communications from CRM
  • Handling company events such as webinars, conferences and masterclasses
  • Maintenance of social media platforms – including all relevant content
  • Supporting all sales teams with effective content creation, driving all marketing campaigns across the desks
  • Ad hoc marketing activity across the business

 

 

Expected Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced recruitment business
  • Previously worked in a broad marketing position cover most, if not all, aspects of marketing

Able to multi-task across large projects with demonstrated success
