My client, a Global and highly successful Recruitment Company with footprint spanning across the UK, US and Europe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Head of Talent to join them on their growth journey.
Their business live and breathe a culture of collaboration and entrepreneurship where ideas flourish and improvement is constant, with a huge amount of investment into their employees wellbeing and professional growth. They have experienced year on year growth, and are looking to over double their headcount in the next few years.
With a focus on hiring from graduate level up to mid level talent, alongside hiring some seniors above this, this person needs to have strong stakeholder management to be able to partner with their leadership team.
This role will be a pivotal role that shapes their future success. Supporting both on the strategic level (EVP, talent strategy and employer branding) whilst being incredibly hands on and owning the hiring of graduate consultants up to mid level talent globally, this is a great opportunity for a Talent professional who wants to take a step up in a standalone role and get more autonomy to get involved in the strategic elements of a talent role.
There is also the opportunity in the future to built out a team underneath you.
Collaborate closely with the people team to develop strategic headcount plans and forecasts.
Play a pivotal role in scaling their business locally and expanding into new office locations.
Having a strategic input on hiring plans and how the business can meet their growth target
Conduct comprehensive research and mapping of competitor search/recruitment firms to identify top-tier talent.
Strategically engage and connect prospective candidates with their leadership team.
Build a strong network of graduates for internal hiring
Sourcing candidates through various different methods, pre-screening, conducting 1st stage interviews and organising the full interview process – hiring entry level through to experienced hires
Working closely with stakeholders and senior management to understand their hiring requirements and delivering on those within a set time
Candidate Experience and Engagement:
Manage the interview process to ensure candidates have an exceptional experience with their firm.
Continuously explore new ideas to enhance their interview best practices and standards.
Develop strategies to keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process and prior to their start date.
Helping Create and define the businesses EVP.
Working closely with marketing to create careers pages and attractive content to attract the best candidates.
Market the brand to appeal to the top recruiters out their, increasing their employee branding.
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role within an executive search or recruitment business, the majority of the key responsibilities outlined.
Demonstrated expertise in directly approaching (headhunting) candidates. (Ideally with experience working across international markets, specifically the US and UK).
Strong stakeholder management
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to project manage the delivery of new initiatives.
Creative thinking and a natural aptitude for problem-solving.
