Job Description

Are you an experienced global Talent Acquisition professional with experience of effectively operating within board level positions within international recruitment groups? Do you have a background in creating and implementing a Talent Acquisition strategy within a recruitment consultancy environment? If yes then this brand new role might be perfect for you.

My client is an international, micro specialist recruitment company who are rapidly expanding across the globe. The core purpose of the role is to take full ownership and responsibility for the global Talent Acquisition strategy building an excellent learning and development & high performing operational function that they already have in place. This position will see 8 talent acquisition specialists reporting into you 4 international locations.


Key Responsibilities:

Devising and implementing the talent acquisition strategy and practices.

Global Talent Management at a VP level, driving performance and overseeing the reporting of 8 Talent Acquisition specialist reporting into you from across the world

Ensuring there is a compelling and comprehensive candidate proposition and an excellent candidate experience.

Own the strategic TA of the business and tactical allocation our clients resources to ultimately maximise their commercial performance


Essential skills and experience:

5+ years’ of Global Talent Acquisition experience within the recruitment sector

Proven experience and success in creating an effective global talent acquisition function and process

A proven problem solver with the ability and previous experience reporting to board level stakeholders
