Contractor-driven recruitment business specialising in the fintech operating across Europe, US and the UK.
Have grown from 20 employees in 2019 to 50 employees now.
Expanded from 1 legal entity in the UK, to opening offices across the US and Europe.
Their huge international growth has been mirrored with their success, with their international revenue growing 100% in the past 12 months alone.
Have expanded into other sectors, opening a training and development business in 2020.
They have a 3-5 year exit plan, to grow to £4.5m ebitda and then either sell through a trade sale or private equity.
Have successfully expanded and diversified into other sectors and markets in the past 3 years.
Sit on, and report to, the board. Providing value-adding and commercial management information for decision-making.
Take the lead on expanding internationally, with plans to open 2 more offices overseas in 2022.
Business partnering with the incredibly ambitious CEO to help guide key strategic decision-making.
Lead the support function, managing a Financial Controller and Operations Manager, with two accounts assistants as direct reports.
Act as compliance steward and protector of business assets.
Establish and maintain compliant overseas entities.
Oversee legal as primary interface with external partners in the UK, USA, Europe.
Provide financial advice and guidance to sales leadership.
Corporate preparation for due diligence and audit.
Build robust, scalable, global internal financial systems and processes.
Optimise financial model, including commission and leadership bonus schemes.
