Job Description

Are you an experience ready for a new challenge in a rapidly growing business? Are you naturally out going & an asset to the office?

Our client is looking for a Finance & Admin Assistant to support the CFO. The ideal candidate will have advertising or technology industry experience & be able to work autonomously.


Responsibilities include:

  • Finance administrative duties - raising client invoices, producing expenses, authorising and uploading supplier invoices, working with the team to improve on finance efficiencies, credit control, assisting CFO with adhoc financial projects
  • General administrative duties - Assisting in producing client contracts, liaising with suppliers, organising equipment in office, facilities management, preparing meeting packs etc
  • HR Admin - Assisting in recruitment, organising employee contracts, onboarding new starters
  • Coordinating meetings - sending agendas & summaries, greeting guests, taking notes where necessary
  • Making travel & accommodation bookings for the global team
  • Assisting in organising internal and external events
  • General running of the office


The perfect candidate will have the following:

  • Sage 50 & Xero experience is essential
  • Standalone experience
