Executive Vice President 

Are you a highly motivated recruitment leader with previous success in managing recruitment teams to meet their commercial targets? If your answer to this is yes, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

My client is a high growth multi-sector owner-managed recruitment company whom are looking for a talented individual to move into a vital leadership position to support their extensive growth plans. This position will make you responsible generate, manage and monetize new and existing business opportunities, provide leadership and motivation to sales professional reporting into you. This new management role will see you reporting directly into the CEO (and owner) and provide you with a fantastic opportunity to make a significant difference in rapidly growing and marketing leading recruitment company

 

Recruitment Director Responsibilities: 

Lead people, process and production of growing team of recruiters; oversee day-to-day operations, implement and manage best practices, effectively set and evaluate weekly and monthly KPI's, budgets and deliverables

Implement and lead the talent management piece for the company, including attracting, training, mentoring and developing all sales and operational staff

 Oversee the operation of their New York office ensuring it operates and goals are met based on the direction established in the strategic plans

 

Essential skills and experience:

5+ years experience as a commercial successful consultant within the recruitment sector

Previous experience managing recruiters to improve their commercial performance 

Extensive experience in Freelance/temp recruitment and account management within the recruitment sector

Proven experience as a successful recruiter in either finance or retail recruitment is preferable but not essential
