Job Description

Do you have at least 3 years' experience as in the executive search sector as an Executive Assistant/EA? Do you want to work for one of the leading global consultancies with excellent benefits and room for progression?

My client is a prestigious, global organisational consulting firm looking for an Executive Assistant to support a senior client partner. The ideal Executive Assistant will have experience in the executive search sector and thrive working in a professional environment. As an Executive Assistant, you will have excellent organisational and time management skills. The successful Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.  As an Executive Assistant, you will be given the opportunity to operate autonomously and join a business who invest in developing your talent.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver proactive and well organised support for the Partner
  • Take responsibility for the management of diary, meetings and events 
  • Ensure that the Partner is fully prepared and prompted ahead of key meetings 
  • To provide follow-up support from meetings, chasing up actions and updating as required - Organise and manage all travel requirements 
  • Act as point of contact for the Partner internally and externally 
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Take responsibility in the creation and development of documentation ahead of meetings, with a high standard of accuracy and presentation 

Person Specification:

  • Executive search sector experience is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years EA/PA experience 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • First-class presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to a sensitive scenario where clients are concerned
  • Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills – demonstrated both with clients and colleagues, presenting themselves as mature and responsible
  • Superb interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead
