Job Description

My Client, a global Executive Search firm based in the heart of London, are looking for a highly successful, professional EA/Project Manager with HR to support the current Vice President of Human Resources.

Would you like to work for one of the leading search firms in their sector? Do you have a desire to work in a hybrid role, encompassing executive assistance, projects and HR duties? If so, then my client may just be right for you.

The role is one of a kind, encompassing administration, key development projects, database work and support. No two days will be the same. Your primary focus will be to support the current HR Vice President in all their requirements, allowing them to spend their valuable time concentrating on the essential HR essential duties. This will encompass all the true Executive Assistant duties: diary management, travel, board reports and minutes. You will also be responsible for the general management of the office; front of house, database work, supplier management, prepare and review correspondence and communications, prepare, collate and edit complex presentations to a very high level of accuracy.

With regards to the project side to this role that’s where this role becomes truly unique with the number of projects that will be involved. For example, you will be required to manage talent reviews for all European employees including developing and tracking reports for tenure, developmental activities, personal improvement plans, performance management and readiness for promotion using data analytics.

This role also touches upon the exceptional standards upheld by the HR VP and the rest of the HR function on an ad-hoc basis and example of this would be; Create and coordinate European diversity dashboards including analysation of gender in recruitment, headcount, tenure, promotion, age, salary, management and leaders.

Requirements of the ideal candidate:

ESSENTIAL: Previous EA experience within a recruitment consultancy

ESSENTIAL: Minimum A level education or equivalent

ESSENTIAL: Highly systems literate with excellent knowledge of word, Excel (including Pivot tables), PowerPoint (including Complex presentations).
