​Our client is a highly reputable, long-established and very successful Recruitment Group, which is a trusted partner to some of the best-known brands across multiple industries. Due to an internal restructure, they are looking for a Director of Client Services to join them in a newly created role.

Winning multiple awards and accreditations over since inception, they have created an open and inclusive environment focused on communication and collaboration at all levels. 

As Director of Client Services, you will be maintaining and building customer relationships, developing them with unrivalled customer service, through the implementation of client retention programs and successful adoption of a ‘land and expand’ account development strategy. Looking after a direct team of 6 and an indirect team of 60, you will be the leading account expert, preparing development plans across the client accounts, implementing strategies for new services and products, as well as analysing business needs and providing new opportunities for growth. 

Reporting directly to the extremely high-calibre CEO, you will also working closely with heads of departments and sales leaders. Being a mostly virtual workforce, with offices throughout the UK, this role is fully remote but with an emphasis on attending onsite client meetings nationwide on a weekly basis (1-2 per week). 

Responsibilities:

  • Retain and expand the Net Fee Income generated from their existing client base

  • Develop and execute retention and/or growth plans for all clients

  • Ensure all clients have the right service and team structure in place to drive first class customer experience

  • Optimise cross selling opportunities within existing accounts

  • Develop customer service excellence and account management skills across all account teams

  • Deliver continuous improvement in their client and candidate satisfaction scores across a range of measures

The candidate:

  • A proven track record of account management and development across blue-chip client portfolios, both RPO & MSP

  • Substantial recruitment sector experience, servicing PSLs, MSPs and RPOs

  • Have a deep understanding of most recruitment models (Spot, PSL, MV, MPS) and understand the mechanics of building a successful business across these various service lines

  • Be adaptable, open to change and willing to experiment with new ways of working

  • Be a natural collaborator and take people on the journey with you to achieve great results
