Are you a digital marketing professional that would thrive within a high growth international tech focused business? Do you want to join a well-established marketing function and develop beneath a knowledgeable marketing director? I am currently working with an international search firm that prides themselves on their consultative and professional approach. The business embraces marketing and they are looking to hire a digital marketing manager to join their team. Reporting into the marketing director you will be responsible for all things ‘digital’ from shaping the strategy to delivering it.



  • Develop, own and execute against the digital strategy
  • Improve and enhance the design and usability of the website
  • Leverage SEO best practices to optimise high-quality traffic acquisition
  • Manage and develop the keyword strategy in line with business/customer feedback
  • Manage and improve engagement rates across all social media channels
  • Execute and measure email marketing campaigns
  • Managing all website updates via the content management system
  • Be an internal subject matter expert on our marketing automation tool HubSpot
  • Manage and optimise lead follow up processes via CRM
  • Manage external suppliers i.e web development, creative etc…
  • Track, measure and report on core website engagement metrics
  • Build excellent relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
  • Explore the use of paid advertising (PPC, display advertising, sponsored content etc...)
  • Update marketing budget as appropriate


Skills/Characteristics for the role:

  • Degree level qualification in business/marketing related subject
  • Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience in a digital marketing related role
  • Experience of marketing automation tools (HubSpot or similar)
  • Working knowledge of WordPress CMS or similar
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing best practices
  • Strong understanding of SEO and best practises
