Job Description
Are you a superuser on databases? Do you have experience managing and developing a team?
My client is an established recruitment business specialising in financial services who are looking for a mature, experienced CRM Database specialist. The successful CRM Database specialist will get the chance to experience a great company culture, close-knit- team and flexible working. The ideal CRM Database specialist will have proven experience implementing or testing systems within a business. You will also be a superuser on databases and will suggest improvements. This opportunity will come with a lot of responsibility such as managing a team and ensuring you are the go-to for any issues that may arise on the database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture, analyse and present all MI related to resourcing performance and assignments
- Improve win rates and productivity through better use of CRM/ATS system and enhanced processes
- Support business development and resourcing with Associate availability and Talent Pools
- Provide general IT support and coordinate external service provider
- Provide additional resourcing capacity for peaks of activity
- Be their MS Office Super User, IT coordinator and Information Security lead
- Be the performance improvement owner for Resourcing
- Determine information/data and process standards, where and how to store data, design and implement templates
- Train and support other staff in the consistent and effective use of Profile
Person Specification:
- Recruitment or financial services sector experience is desirable
- Change management/consultancy knowledge
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn CRM systems
