​Compliance Manager

Essex

Hybrid Working

Salary – Dependant on Candidate

My client, an international recruitment company are looking for a Compliance Manager to head up their compliance function.

This role will include:

·       Ensure candidate compliance is complete and up to date across all systems including CRM, Contractor Portals, and Timesheet Portal.

·       Mentoring of a Junior Compliance Administrator

·       Applying for

·       Umbrella management including PGC, Lorien, Optimum, 6cats etc as requested by Clients.

·       Management of contractor contracts, ensuring smooth and compliant contract onboarding for both clients and candidates.

·       Ensure IR35 compliance through use of IR35 shield and client assessments.

·       Support Clients and Candidates with Timesheet queries.

·       Providing reports and completing compliance information requests from clients.

·       Provide proactive and responsive administrative support to enable our consultants to be as customer focussed as possible.

·       Social security details, signing declarations, asking for previous year tax returns, also to help applying for A1 forms.

·       AWR

·       Contract Negotiation and Review

·       IR35 Responsibilities
