Our Client a Global, multisided, life Science consultancy recently received institutional investment and is now looking for a Content and Copy Executive to take ownership of the voice and shape for all print and digital material across multi channels.
The ideal candidate is a passionate writer with 2-3 years’ experience who can easily gain an understanding of LS markets as well as the consultancy space.
Produce well-researched written content for webpages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, white papers, brochures, and video scripts (both external and internal).
Actively identify fresh and interesting content ideas to keep engage and grow audiences.
Contribute to a content calendar, agreed with the wider team and digital agency's, that aligns to business objectives.
Create tone guidelines to ensure content is consistent and clear across all employees.
Ensure all content meets deadlines and follows brand guidelines in terms of style and brief.
Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize the online visibility of websites in search results.
Ghostwrite / edit key stakeholders writing (e.g. blogs and press releases from senior leaders).
Become familiar with our Content Management Software (CMS), and be able to make updates and upload content if required.
Research the market / sector and assist with business pitches to win new clients or projects (e.g. creating market overviews).
Review the impact/ROI/KPIs of written material (traffic & engagement levels) and evaluate for improvement.
2-3 years’ experience.
A passionate writer with excellent written ability, including the adaptability to write in different styles and to other people's direction.
Demonstrate a high attention to detail with previous experience of proofreading and editing written materials.
Good research and analytical skills to gain an accurate understanding of the industry.
Be naturally creative, able to proactively come up with fresh ideas and reach audiences in innovative ways.
Good interpersonal skills, able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, take feedback and be solution focused.
An understanding of digital marketing and search engine optimization (SEO).
