Compliance Assistant

Central London

Hybrid Role

£25,000 - £30,000


My client, a fast growing, exceptionally successful and profitable Tech recruitment company based in Central London are looking for a talented Compliance support professional to join their expanding Compliance function.


This company is incredibly entrepreneurial, with a young, energetic and ambitious sales and back-office team.

The are looking to continue expanding internationally and growing their already substantial candidate book.


This role will include:

-          Undertaking of candidate pre-engagement screening in accordance with client and country requirements and ensuring that all packs are completed accurately and within the specified deadline.

-          Collecting all compliance documents such as Right to Work, Passport, insurances and ensuring they are recorded and entered correctly and in a timely manner on all systems.

-          Communicating both internally and externally in connection with information and outstanding documentation required for contracts and payments (i.e., missing bank details, contracts, timesheets, receipts etc).

-          Managing all client audits as and when they arise and complete within the specified deadline.

-          Managing and updating compliance emails and documentations in accordance with client and country requirements to always ensure compliance.

-          Liaising with clients if there are any issues or queries.

-          Supporting the existing Compliance team with adhoc support.


The perfect profile would be someone with the following:

-          Recruitment Experience

-          Compliance Admin experience or strong Admin experience

-          Attention to detail

-          The ability to push back

-          Strong personality

-          Willingness to learn and ambition
