A leading tech recruitment business is looking for their new Compliance Administrator! Prioritising quality over quantity in how they do business, while also valuing all members of staff – front OR back office(!) this is a highly successful business with a vibrant atmosphere.
The role will be highly varied, allowing the ideal candidate to utilise existing while developing new skills!
- Carry out all compliance checks for contractors
- On-board new contracts
- Write and issue contracts
- Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
- Answer all incoming main line phone calls
- Meet and greet all visitors
- Order office supplies
- Manage all third part suppliers
- Data entry and preparation for reporting
- HR administration
- Strong administrative background
- Recruitment sector experience
- Prior compliance/contracts experience will be ideal
- Excellent prioritisation skills
- Be a bubbly, personable and outgoing individual
