A leading tech recruitment business is looking for their new Compliance Administrator! Prioritising quality over quantity in how they do business, while also valuing all members of staff – front OR back office(!) this is a highly successful business with a vibrant atmosphere.

The role will be highly varied, allowing the ideal candidate to utilise existing while developing new skills!

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out all compliance checks for contractors
  • On-board new contracts
  • Write and issue contracts
  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries
  • Answer all incoming main line phone calls
  • Meet and greet all visitors
  • Order office supplies
  • Manage all third part suppliers
  • Data entry and preparation for reporting
  • HR administration

Person specification:

  • Strong administrative background
  • Recruitment sector experience
  • Prior compliance/contracts experience will be ideal
  • Excellent prioritisation skills
  • Be a bubbly, personable and outgoing individual
