My client is a leading recruitment company based in the trendy City of London and is looking for a Client Services Assistant. The ideal Client Services Assistant will be articulate, intelligent with an amazing work ethic. Key Responsibilities:
- Support Manager of Client Services in the creation of tender documents, supporting all re-Qualification
- Maintain a current and accurate knowledge of all on-going tenders and PQQs
- Monitor the progress of completion against deadlines; chasing where required to ensure documents are delivered in a timely manner
- Fact-find and generate numerical data to support sales documents
- Manage diary of tender deadlines
- Manage library of tender material
- Coordinate with and keep relevant consultants informed of each process
- Support Manager of Client Services in writing sales proposals and documents
- Act as business intelligence hub to support sales team and Senior Management Team objectives
Person Specification:
- Commercial knowledge and acumen to provide advice and consulting support to sales teams
- Good presentation skills with the confidence to address internal and external parties
- Good time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise workload and demonstrate a track record of achieving deadlines to achieve business goals
- Strong Microsoft Office application skills, and excellent written English and grammar
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and work under pressure
- Excellent project management skills and strong organisational ability
- Excellent communication and influencing skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to prioritise, manage workload and take personal responsibility for quality management
- Professional and organised approach with strong time management skills
