I am looking for a COO with 15+ years' experience in the recruitment world to join a growing international search firm. Established for over 20 years and a leader in their field, this would suit a well-rounded balanced individual who has already established their career within operations.
Specific responsibilities would include:
- Follow up on the execution of the Group's 3-year plan
- Execute headcount plan in terms of talent acquisition, attraction, direct approach
- Review HR processes, appraisals, L&D, staff retention to ensure best practice, career ladders, clear promotion criteria and performance expectations at each level
- Ensure that the right/most talented management and leadership structure is in place to build a sustainable business
- Develop the Group's Marketing plan, website, messaging, SEO
- Develop a contractor care programme to turn contractors into active ambassadors of the company
- Assist in the development of the Group's BD plan and collateral: case studies, white papers, testimonials, increase cross-selling
- Identify and develop Top 20 Group accounts and build a clear account development programme
- Introduce formal account management processes, up-selling, SOW and formal review meetings to develop long term sustainable relationships
- Review incentives and bonus schemes to ensure they create the right behaviours
- Help each office develop an effective target client list and clear market positioning
- Review and enhance candidate acquisition strategy and capability, Linked-in, job boards, database etc.
- Develop specific MI to help the management team drive better performance in terms of consistent revenues across all team members, improvement in fill rates and time to hire
- Develop added value new services such as 'one day' volume projects, SOW, retainers
- Develop better monitoring of systems usage to create higher quality data on candidates and clients
- An International outlook on life/background.
- A Technology background.
- Experience of both Contract and Permanent Recruitment inc Exec Search.
- VAS – MSP/RPO knowledge.
