My client is a global tech & change multi brand international consultancy company with offices in the EMEA, Asia and the US. They are looking for an outstanding COO to lead a fantastic business function, providing a platform for success and ultimately fulfill their extensive ambitions of continued growth via organic acquisition. This opportunity is perfect for an individual with a strong product and project management background, who excels in developing and carrying out growth strategies which ultimately result in business success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise closely with the CEO in overseeing this company’s expansion and development of an operational strategy to support this companies’ objectives of growth
  • Head the client business service function and take full ownership and leadership of the group’s IT strategy and internal structures
  • Oversee the day to day internal business functions including efficient use of their CRM and internal structural systems to improve business performance
  • Continually manage and effectively develop the full operations function of the business  

Essential skills/experience:

  • Have extensive experience in consultative operations positions and can provide examples of effective product and project management
  • Have the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively, resulting in buy in from both internal and external stakeholders within the company
  • Essential strong technical IT knowledge with previous experience of implementing internal IT strategies and structures with commercial success  
  • Understand the importance of the use of structural systems and have created operations systems in the past allowing for that company to functions with greater business efficiency
