Main Responsibilities Include:
- Hold responsibility for the creation of all key documentation regarding each tender Process including but not limited to: capability documents; management information reports; Request for information (RFI); Request for proposal (RFP); and invitation for Tender (ITT)
- Monitor the progress of tender completion against company set deadlines
- Support manager of client services to create tender documents
- Manage both tender deadlines and content material whilst organising
- Maintain both current and accurate understanding of all ongoing tenders and PQQ’s
- Generate and Present MI for individual clients
- Provide weekly reports providing operational statistics and performance data
Competencies Required:
- Extensive commercial knowledge allowing for the provision of advice to the sales teams
- Excellent Presentation, organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst managing & prioritising an extensive workload
- Previous experience of working on end-to-end bid process
- High quality interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders on decisions made and objectives set
Person Specification & Experience:
- 6 months to 2 years bid experience preferable
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage a substantial workload
- High level communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, across a number of different services areas
- Professional attitude with a first-class attention to detail
