My client is looking for a talented Administrator to join their team based in Marlow. As an Administrator, you will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing, global executive search firm. The ideal Administrator will gain insight into a global market, interact with some of the most talented people from a very wide range of cultures and locations globally. The successful Administrator will be someone who takes pride in their work and strives for ownership and responsibility and wants to combine learning new skills with gaining a wide range of experience in a business with a truly global outlook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting with administrative and management needs throughout the whole search and consulting engagement process
  • Creating executive level reports for clients by sourcing, collating and presenting information to an outstanding standard
  • Acting as a central point of contact in the office for the team, communicating clearly to ensure that information is shared among the team and that the consultants are fully up to date with all assignment progress and that there is clarity on the next steps and actions to be taken
  • Ensuring all internal and external documentation is prepared in a timely manner to an outstanding standard of quality and accuracy
  • Continuously seeking and reviewing ways and means to improve the quality of service provided to clients, candidates and within the team
  • Assisting with research. Whilst not a core part of your role, you will help collate research across a diverse range of subjects. This could be to help to identify possible candidates, potential key stakeholders within a target organisation and also general company information in support of the overall work being undertaken by the team.

Person Specification:

  • Natural curiosity, the desire to find out and to take positive action
  • Confident and extrovert whilst maintaining a highly professional approach. The position will interact with some of the most senior business leaders globally as well as a diverse range of individuals around the world so you need to feel comfortable in this diverse environment.
  • Strong project management and prioritization skills enabling the running of several projects and tasks in parallel
  • Strong office skills with email (ideally) outlook, diary management and word (including templates) all being highly desirable. Good working knowledge of powerpoint, excel and some form of contact management system is also very useful
  • Recruitment sector experience is desirable
