Job Description

Are you a super organised, meticulous graduate with excellent A-levels and at least a years experience as an admin/office assistant? How does working for a prestigious, boutique Executive Search firm based in Central London sound?

My client is an established, boutique Executive Search firm who are looking for an admin assistant to join its dynamic team. The ideal admin assistant will support the consultants on all aspects of search management execution. The successful Admin assistant will be able to work in a fast paced environment and will be comfortable working under pressure and juggling numerous tasks. The perfect candidate will have previous experience in the recruitment or financial services sector and will be comfortable dealing with both clients and candidates with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complex diary management
  • Liaising with clients and candidates; arranging and confirming interviews, and updating the internal database accordingly
  • Regular communication and status updates to all of the consultants
  • Use of the company database, this is a focal point of the working day. Full training will be given
  • Preparing candidate shortlists
  • Demonstrating an enthusiasm and interest about the assignments and companies that you will be involved in
  • Ad hoc office admin as required

Profile/Characteristics

  • Educated to degree level; minimum 2:1
  • A bright, confident, highly organised and resilient individual with initiative
  • Excellent client and candidate handling skills - demonstrates complete discretion and professionalism at all times
  • Good attention to detail, ensuring work is produced accurately and of the highest possible standards
  • Highly efficient, flexible and able to change workload and prioritise in order to meet business needs
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and candidates both verbally and in written format
  • High levels of common sense and integrity
  • Flexible and adaptable to the individual consultant work style
