The role

  • Maintain the purchase ledger, expenses, disbursements and petty cash

  • Assist with the management of online bank accounts including preparing payments for authorisation

  • Process assignment request forms

  • Maintain the sales ledger including raising and processing invoices (multicurrency) and receipts

  • Processing of monthly interim invoices / timesheet reconciliation

  • Manage the outstanding sales balances and contact customers to confirm payments

  • Help prepare reconciliation of monthly bank accounts (multicurrency)

  • Maintenance and monthly reconciliation of invoice financing facility

  • Various other administrative finance and non finance tasks

 

Ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years’ finance experience.

  • A can-do attitude in a collaborative environment.

  • Intermediate Excel knowledge.

  • Excellent attention to detail.
