Job Description

Our client is a high growth professional services firm with a focus on the Tech & Data space.

They are looking to add a new finance professional to their department due to continued growth, and are happy to have the person start asap & working remotely.

The Payroll & Accounts Administrator will be responsible for processing commissions for the whole group. They will liase with HR to ensure all monthly payroll is accurate and submitted by the deadline.


  • Processing a monthly staff payroll
  • Processing of all commission calculations and inputting this data onto the Payroll system
  • Dealing with all commission queries
  • Processing supplier payments - rent, IT, systems etc
  • Handling staff expenses & credit cards
  • Providing a monthly salary variance report to HR & Manager

In addition to the above, the Administrator will need to have excellent collaborative working skills and be able to engage both with members of the finance and sales teams.
