I am currently working with an amazing international technology recruitment business who pride themselves on their personal approach and strong reputation in the industry. They are looking for a 6 months Office Assistant/ Recruitment Administrator contract cover while one of their long-term employees is away from the business.
In this role, you would be exposed to working with some of the biggest European and American banks as well as small software start-ups.
They are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, highly commercial and enjoys working in a collaborative environment to join their vibrant team.
- Organising candidate and client contacts, extensions, and terminations
- Collect candidate compliance
- Providing administrative support including meeting and greeting candidates
- Providing ad hoc support and project management as required
- HR – Employee contracts, holiday and sick records
Essential skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience working in busy office environment desired
- Advanced usage of Microsoft package
- Exposure to Sage 50 Accounts would be extremely helpful
Interviews to be held before Christmas with the desired starting date 2nd January 2018. This is 4 days a week position.
