About the 2024 Awards
The Unsung Hero Awards are run monthly by Camino Partners in line with our vision to recognise and empower non-sales personnel within the recruitment sector. We encourage colleagues from the recruitment sector to recognise each other by entering each other into the 2024 monthly awards. As a thank you, we'll present each monthly award winner with a £50 voucher, certificate and gift as a thank you.
There are 11 categories per year. Each category focusses on a specific area of non-sales (non-recruiting) personnel working within the recruitment sector. For example, operations, marketing, finance, talent acquisition and HR.

The more detail you can provide about your nominee's achievements, the more likely they are to be shortlisted. Your entry will be entered into the monthly award process. Our judging panel will review all nominations and select a monthly winner from all entries.
All your personal information will be stored securely in line with our privacy policy. The person you have nominated will not be immediately alerted to the fact you have nominated them*.

We will also ask that the winners feature in some of our marketing activity in order to announce their successful completion of the nomination. A £50 voucher will be presented to the award winner between the end of the award month, or the middle of the next category month. Unless you tell us otherwise, we present an Amazon voucher as a default prize to the value of £50. We cannot exchange the voucher for cash. Camino Partners' decision on the award winner is final. Awards are reviewed by a judging panel from Camino Partners and awarded on merit or strength of nomination.
