Sachin established Camino Group in 2012, having spotted a niche in the recruitment sector which seeks to support other recruitment companies’ needs by searching and placing non-sales talent -supporting staff- within their operations.

He currently leads Camino Partners' Recruitment Practice team, which focusses on supporting other recruitment companies with their 'back office' hires.

Following a highly successful period of growth, which encompassed the opening of Camino Search, a now-global headhunting consultancy, Sachin is CEO for both operations, where he is passionate about enabling the Camino Group vision to “leave a positive legacy within the industry by positively impacting colleagues’, clients’ and candidates’ lives”.
