In 2011, myself and two business partners discovered a gap in the market for a company to specialise in placing finance roles exclusively within the recruitment sector, and so Camino Partners was born at the start of 2012. Following a successful beginning and increasing demand from clients, I played a lead role in expanding our service offering to the recruitment of all back-office to boardroom level professionals.
This puts me in a unique position of both running a successful and growing recruitment business, but also working with hundreds of staffing firms in hiring leadership talent to grow theirs.
In my current position, I set up and lead our USA brand - Cavana Search.
Cavana Search specialises in placing staffing and sales roles in the staffing sector across the United States.
I am driven to succeed and provide the most effective recruitment experience our clients can envisage. The recruitment process is a trusted partnership and both recruiter and client should work with honesty and integrity. I have found that this approach has allowed Camino to partner with our clients, enabling them to build high performing teams.
I live by the motto that today’s candidate is tomorrow’s client. I spend the time with all candidates to understand their motivations, advise them on the market and their options and ultimately to ensure that they will fit culturally within our clients.
