For the last seven years, I’ve been successfully partnering staffing firms and high-growth SME professional services organisations seeking high-calibre accountants and finance staff.

After a successful career with Camino Partners, placing Finance Directors and Chief Financial Officers into staffing and people-based firms, I established a new brand, Camino Search, placing finance professionals into high growth tech & tech-enabled businesses.

Throughout my time at Camino, I have been fortunate to receive substantial specialist training from an ex-FD of a professional services firm (my chairman, Alan McBride!) and a founding management team with over 50 years of recruitment experience between them, meaning my understanding of the profession and market is greatly valued by clients and candidates alike.

I have substantial experience working with a variety of businesses, from market leading specialist SME’s to private equity-backed companies and large, listed businesses. I’m constantly challenging myself to provide the best and most efficient service to my clients and fill every requirement whilst offering a consultative and honest opinion.

I place great importance on offering great, value-adding service & long-lasting relationships with candidates & clients alike; this is a key reason I host quarterly FD/CFO dinners with expert guest speakers.
