With four years’ experience as a ‘360’ Recruitment Consultant, I am experienced at helping businesses find talent at all levels across multiple sectors.

I’m now working to support the recruitment sector itself with finding top talent for learning and development and support functions in other recruitment companies. I am part of Camino Partners, specialising in supporting recruitment businesses and executive search firms to find top talent across the Learning and Development space.

What I really enjoy most about leading the L&D desk at Camino, is the difference I can make to so many recruiters’ skillset and abilities by placing top level trainers into their businesses.
