In 2022 Camino Partners launched the Unsung Heroes Awards, asking the recruitment community to nominate a professional from a different discipline each month.
The Unsung Heroes Awards are the only awards set solely to celebrate non-sales professionals in recruitment. This was a natural extension of the Camino Partners mission to Champion the Unsung Heroes of Recruitment. But as it was the first year, we didn't know what to expect - the participation and calibre of talent exceeded all expectations!
So for 2023, we wanted to go bigger and better!
