Camino Partners promotes Harry Hewson and Natasha South
Camino Partners are delighted to announce the promotions of Harry Hewson from Head of Practice to Associate Director and of Natasha South from Head of Operations to Operations Director.
Both Harry and Natasha have played key roles in delivering strategic initiatives across the organisation which have been key factors behind Camino Partners’ sustained growth over the past number of years and their promotions further strengthen the Camino Partners board.
Harry Hewson has been with Camino Partners since 2013, joining soon after completing his university degree as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and quickly established himself as firstly an outstanding recruitment consultant, but also as a natural leader within the organisation. He now manages a successful team that turns over £1m annually and is leading one of the newest brands, Camino Consultancy.
Hewson said, “I am incredibly proud and humbled by this promotion and of what we have achieved at Camino Partners over the years. We have a number of exciting new ventures planned and I am excited to see where that takes us.”
Natasha South joined Camino Partners in 2016 and instantaneously became an integral member of the management team. Since joining the organisation, Natasha has been at the centre of developing new brands and, amongst numerous other projects, created and implemented a new business development strategy which has been a driving factor behind Camino Partners’ growth.
She also facilitates industry-leading events for other operations professionals within the staffing sector who are looking to develop their careers as well as have a positive impact on their respective recruitment firms.
South said, “I am delighted to be taking up this position. My focus will be on continuing to position Camino Partners as the natural choice for candidates, clients and consultants and enable everybody at Camino Partners to prosper.”
