Camino Partners and 6Cats would like to thank everyone who attended the Criminal Compliance Conference yesterday, and for all of those involved in organising such a great event.

Bringing together a panel of leading experts from a variety of fields, the Criminal Compliance Conference was aimed at informing Recruitment Professionals about the impact of the Criminal Finance Act on common recruitment practices. Speakers included Taylor Wessing’s Head of Crime, David McCluskey, who talked through real life scenarios and where the liabilities will fall with the introduction of the Act,  Jonathan Clarke and Michelle Reilly from 6Cats International, with their guidance on how you can ensure that your suppliers are compliant and tips for practical applications within your recruitment business, and finally Gail Brown from Phaidon International on the practical challenges of running a highly compliant international recruitment business.

The speakers were also joined on a panel with other leading experts, Lara Auvinen, Head of International Assignments at Adecco; Greg Morris, Group Commercial Director at Spencer Ogden; Dr Sebastian Bruder, Partner at Taylor Wessing; Anna McCaffrey, Senior Associate in Employment, Pensions & Mobility at Taylor Wessing and Sean Nesbitt, Partner at Taylor Wessing.
