Camino Partners, the back office to boardroom specialists, have embarked on an expansion programme.  Whilst the main focus for the business will remain the recruitment sector, they have recently established a corresponding management consultancies division, which places a full range of support functions into practices of all sizes.  In addition to this, they have also set up a third division, which is currently placing finance professionals into marketing services companies, led by Director, Matt Newman.

Sachin Ruparelia, Managing Director of Camino said “this development represents a crucial change for us.  Since we began Camino 5 years ago, we have grown significantly and we are determined not to lose our core focus on the recruitment sector, which  makes us unique.  At the same time, there is significant crossover in what we do for the recruitment sector with management consultancies and marketing services companies.  What they all have in common is that they are people focused service businesses who acknowledge that in order to succeed they need the very best technically able, commercially focussed and culturally aware back office support specialists.”

Camino Partners has already embarked on a recruitment drive and promoted a number of existing consultants. However, “we realise that in order to grow these divisions ourselves, we still need to hire more fantastic recruitment consultants; people who are hungry to join a business that has a genuinely unique proposition and want a career in recruitment” explains Ruparelia, “they are pivotal to our success in 2017 and beyond.”
